Return & Refund Policy
At Torque Sisters, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Sizing information:
To help you choose the correct size, each product page includes a detailed size chart. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-returnable items:
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– Incorrect size ordered (size charts are provided on each product page)
– Buyer’s remorse
– Normal wear and tear
– Items damaged due to improper care
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies for replacement due to defect or damage, we will ship a replacement after approval.
